Now I really believe that you already know the answer to this question but most questions are statements anyway.
Point Blank - Be HONEST... LOL... with both women. The local woman and long distance love should both know that you are not considering anything serious with them and that you are dating someone else.
It is really unfair when we play with people's hearts and emotions, intentional or not. Your situation could have 2, possibly 3 casualties.
So, the answer to your question is to just be honest. I know that sucks, but who knows? The situation may remain the same. :-D
